Terms & Conditions

1. Our Services

Raw Studio ("we", "us", "the Studio") provides videography, photography, video editing, 3D animation and 3D modeling services to clients in Sri Lanka and abroad. Scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing for each project are confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Bookings & Payment

A booking is confirmed once a deposit (as agreed per project) is received.
Full payment is due on or before final delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours before a scheduled shoot where possible.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made close to a confirmed shoot date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover crew, equipment and location costs already committed. Deposits are generally non-refundable once a shoot has been scheduled.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Raw Studio retains ownership of raw footage, project files and unedited material. Clients receive full usage rights to final delivered files for the purposes agreed at booking. Raw Studio may showcase delivered work in its portfolio and marketing unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

5. Revisions

Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds, confirmed at booking. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permissions, location access, releases from featured individuals, and licensing for third-party material supplied to us for a project.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution, Raw Studio is not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, venue restrictions, or equipment failure beyond standard preventive measures. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of fees paid for the project in question.

8. Confidentiality

We treat client briefs, unreleased material and business information as confidential, and expect the same regarding our internal processes and pricing.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between both parties.
