Corporate video
production in
Sri Lanka.
Company profiles, CSR and sustainability films, training and induction video, executive interviews, conference coverage and internal communications — produced by one Colombo studio, from script to delivered master.
Corporate Video
Video that has
to behave itself.
Planned around your operations, not the other way round.
Corporate video has a specific problem: the people on camera are not actors, the schedule has to bend around a working business, and the finished film usually has to serve four audiences at once — clients, staff, investors and regulators. That is a production discipline more than a creative one, and it is where a studio that runs its own crew and its own edit suite earns its fee.
Raw Studio produces corporate video in Sri Lanka for companies that need the shoot to be unobtrusive and the output to be dependable. We work to a call sheet, we get in and out of your floor in the window you give us, and we brief anyone appearing on camera so the interview does not eat their afternoon.
Formats
What we produce
Company profile films
The three-to-five minute film that opens a pitch, sits on your homepage and plays at the trade stand.
CSR and sustainability films
Field shoots, beneficiary interviews and impact reporting, cut for boards, donors and public campaigns.
Training and induction video
Modular, chaptered content that is easy to update as processes change.
Executive and staff interviews
Two-camera setups, lit and miked properly, with a subject brief so people sound like themselves.
Conference and AGM coverage
Multi-camera capture, same-week highlight cuts and speaker clips for social.
Internal communications
Announcements, culture pieces and recruitment films for people who already know the company.
How we keep a corporate shoot out of your way
Every corporate production starts with a recce or, at minimum, a floor plan and a call with whoever controls access. We schedule interviews in blocks so each person is on camera for a known slot. Lighting is set before your people arrive. Where a shoot has to happen inside a live operation — a factory line, a bank branch, a hospital — we plan around the quiet hours and work with your safety requirements rather than around them.
Approval, versioning and shelf life
Corporate films get approved by committee, so the process assumes it. Scripts and shot lists are signed off before production. Review rounds are defined in the quote. Deliverables normally include a full-length master, a shorter cut for social, vertical versions, subtitle files in the languages you need, and clean plates or text-free versions so the film can be re-versioned next year without a reshoot. Where the story needs an element that cannot be filmed — an unbuilt facility, an internal process, a product still in development — we build it as 3D animation or motion graphics and drop it into the same edit.
Who this is for
Listed companies and groups reporting to boards and shareholders, banks and insurers, hotels and resort groups, manufacturers and exporters, hospitals and education providers, NGOs and development programmes, and the agencies who commission on their behalf. If your procurement process needs a written proposal, a scope of work and an itemised quote for a tender, we produce those as standard.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How long should a corporate video be?
It depends where it plays. A film that opens a pitch or sits on a homepage usually works between two and four minutes; a social cut is far shorter; a training module is chaptered and can run longer because people watch it on purpose. We agree the length against the placement before scripting, not after the edit.
Do you write the script?
Yes — scripting and interview question sets are part of the service. If your communications team prefers to write it, we work to your script and flag anything that will be difficult to shoot or will not cut well.
Can you film inside our office or factory during working hours?
Usually, with planning. We schedule around your operations, keep the footprint small, and follow the site’s safety and access rules. For live environments we normally recommend a recce so the shoot day has no surprises.
Do you provide Sinhala and Tamil versions?
Yes. Voiceover, on-screen text and subtitles can be delivered in Sinhala, Tamil and English from the same edit.
Do you work with tender and procurement processes?
Yes. We can supply a written proposal, scope of work, itemised quote and the documentation most Sri Lankan procurement processes ask for.

Send the brief on WhatsApp — dates, goal, references — and we’ll scope the shoot and quote it.
