Photography is the cheapest asset in a campaign and the one that does the most work. It sits on the listing page, the menu, the brochure, the billboard and every social post between shoots. It is also the easiest thing to under-brief — which is how brands end up with two hundred images and none in the crop the marketplace requires.

Photography and video on the same day
The most efficient shoot day most clients run is a combined one. The set is built once, the lighting is already right, the product is already on the table — and you leave with a film, a set of stills and the vertical social cuts instead of paying to build the same scene twice. Because our video crew and the photographer are the same team, the stills and the frames actually match.
Specifications, not vibes
Before a product shoot we want the list: which marketplace or platform each image is for, the required background, the aspect ratios, the maximum file sizes, and how much clear space the layout needs. Marketplaces reject images for reasons that have nothing to do with photography, and it is much cheaper to shoot to spec than to re-crop afterwards.
Studio or on location
Controlled product work happens on set in Colombo. Interiors, property, food-in-venue and events happen wherever they are, island-wide — the hill country, the south coast, the east, the north. Travel is quoted with the job, and for multi-property clients we will usually propose a route that covers several sites in one trip.

Do you shoot on white background for e-commerce?
Yes — clean white-background packshots, angle sets and detail shots, exported to the crop, ratio and file size the marketplace requires. Send the platform’s image specification with the brief.
Can we do photography and video on the same day?
Yes, and it is usually the cheapest way to buy both. The set is built once and the same team covers stills and motion, so the images actually match the film.
Do you photograph properties and hotels outside Colombo?
Yes, island-wide. Travel is itemised in the quote, and for clients with several properties we normally propose one trip that covers multiple sites.
Is retouching included?
Basic cleanup, colour matching across the set and platform-ready exports are part of the job. Heavier compositing or cut-out work at volume is quoted separately so you can see what it costs.
How quickly do we get the images?
Turnaround is agreed with the quote and depends on volume and retouching level. Where an event needs same-week social images, a fast selection can be scheduled ahead of the full delivery.
